What to bring
Clothing & FACILITIES
If you plan to go in the water we provide rashies and reef shoes. Bring your swimmers, a towel and a shirt or rashy.
We also have change rooms on site, and a hot shower for $2.
For those who aren’t going in the water, you are free to wear whatever you are most comfortable in.
Bring a hat if you’re going out to our billabongs!

Our birds are regularly fed nuts. If you have a nut allergy, please take appropriate care when visiting this area.
What are your opening hours?
We are open everyday 9am to 5pm – except Christmas Day (25th Dec)
Do you have change rooms with showers?
Yes! We have large toilets where you can get changed but we ask people to come dressed to go. We have $2 coin operated hot showers.
How long can we stay?
You are welcome to stay from open to close!
Do you have food and drink on site?
We have vending machines with cold drinks and snacks. You are welcome to bring your own lunch to sit and eat at our centre.
Can we come if it is raining?
We are totally enclosed, making the centre a perfect place to go when it is raining.
What do we wear if we want to go in the water?
We have shallow areas which means you can just get your feet wet rather than get changed into swimmers and get completely wet.
How old do you have to be to do the shark and ray in-water encounter and go in the water?
Any age as long as anyone under 12 is with an adult.
How long do we get in the water?
Usually as long as you want except for peak periods where we may have to introduce a time limit.
