12 month pass terms and conditions

• A $10 surcharge applies on school and public holidays.
• Free entry is included for the Shark, Ray, and Reptile ticket only (not the MEGA Ticket).
• The pass is not transferable. All 12-month pass holders are required to have their photo taken for staff reference.
• Management may refuse a pass at any time for safety or operational reasons.
• You can upgrade your pass to a MEGA Ticket anytime by paying the difference in ticket prices.
